Default My emails aren't coming thru HELP!!!

If you are forwarding your emails to another account (Yahoo, MSN, GMAIL, Hotmail, your ISP email) and do not receive your form submissions please
check your server mail (ie webmail yourdomain.com/webmail) before contacting us about submissions not being received.

Although we accept responsibility for mail on our server we can not be held responsible for the failure of emails to reach forwarding accounts.

IF you think your email is not working please read the above post along with items below. Although we are more than willing to login to your mail for you and forward mails you think you are not getting, we may be forced to charge a service fee for those depending on us doing this for them on a regular basis.

If you need assistance logging into your webmail or POP'ing your email accounts we offer free phone support and will walk you thru setting up your email client.

To forward your domain emails to your existing ISP mail, Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc. simply login to your cpanel and select 'forwarders' in the mail section. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS METHOD FOR RECEIVING FORM SUBMISSIONS. Since 2005 we have have reminded our customers that forwarding (using aliases) is not as reliable as checking webmail. http://www.cleanoutlook.com/portals/viewtopic.php?t=113

Christy mentions this often on GCA (www.globalcleaningassociation.com)
http://globalcleaningassociation.com...34&postcount=4
http://globalcleaningassociation.com...16&postcount=6
so when I ran across these links today I thought what a great idea to post it to CleanOutlook.com customers.

Here is what GoDaddy.com has to say about using free email accounts: https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/priva...%5Fhdr=&ci=506

Remember all of our hosting customers have an unlimited number of mailboxes available to them at no additional charge.

While you may forward (copy) emails sent to your domain mail to another account we highly recommend either using your webmail www.yourdomain.com/webmail or downloading messages to your machine with an email client such as Outlook Express, Outlook Office or Thunderbird, etc.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you need assistance setting up your POP mail with an email client. Either Christy or me often walk people thru this over the phone.

IMPORTANT:
If you are forwarding your emails to another account and do not receive your form submissions please check your server mail before contacting us about submissions not being received. Although we accept responsibility for mail on our server we can not be held responsible for the failure of emails to reach forwarding accounts.
