Default Outlook Office 2003

In the Outlook main screen select
Toolsgt;Email Accountsgt;
Choose whether you are setting up a new email account or changing preferences on one you have tried setting up.

1-
Enter your complete email address ex. me@mydomain.com for each the username and the email address

Your incoming and outgoing mailservers will be mail.thenameofyourdomain.com/net/biz

Select Your 'More Settings Tab'
The General Tab is optional but will allow you to quickly identify email accounts in Outlook if you are using several

In your Outgoing Server tab select whether or not your outgoing server requires SMTP authentication. Information for these settings is available both in your cPanel or on this site in the server information threads at: http://www.cleaningdesign.com/customerarea/showthread.php?t=2853

Note- You have access to only the forum line with your settings.
Ask if if you're not sure which machine is hosting your account.

Finally select the 'Advanced Tab'

Use the settings for your server in this tab.
110 and 25 are default settings for Outlook YOU WILL NEED TO USE PORT 26 FOR OUTGOING. If you are having problems sending mail but are able to receive mail the error is most likely in this tab.
