Default What is the difference between bandwidth, transfer and disk space?

What is the difference between bandwidth, transfer and disk space?

Bandwidth and transfer are the same thing. In very layman terms it is what is actually used up every time some one views one of your web pages or one of your graphics. Think of it like RAM being used on your PC every time to click to request a program be opened up.

Disk space- remember servers are nothing more than a computer sitting somewhere that is connected to the Internet. Just as anything you save on your computer takes up disk space so does anything you save on your website server.
