To update the TO address in your form.php (see attached image)
Find the email field on line 4
Enter your email address
Save the file (make sure to save as form.php)
Upload it to your root directory
CHMOD to 755
Your template is already coded to have this form handler work for the forms in your template therefore it is imperative you save it as file.php and upload it to the same directory as your website.
Optional edits
Line 24: You may change the subject of the email you receive
Line 29: You may use a custom thank you page by specifying the url to one of your pages here
